Job Description:

Responsibilities

Teaching Management
Co-ordinate and foster the development of international programs within the school to best meet the needs and interests of the students
Ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed, and involve the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program
Determine, implement and organize a broad and balanced curriculum. This includes selecting suitable textbooks, communicating actively with our cooperated schools overseas, preparing students smoothly transfer to designated schools overseas
Assist the teaching staff in the development, implementation, modifications, and selection of curriculum materials
Develop and support a high degree of student morale through curricular and extracurricular activities and services and co-ordinate the participation of all members of the teaching staff in the extracurricular program
Hold regular staff meetings for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters
Recruit foreign teachers’ team and orient/train new staff and provide opportunities for their input in the school program
Organize public lessons regularly
Observe teachers’ classes regularly. Evaluate their teaching performance. Make sure teachers follow curriculum as planned
Oversee teachers’ teaching plan on a weekly basis
Teach as a classroom teacher when needed if available
Work with the Principal and solve problems parents and students might bring up
