Job Description:

The school principal is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and effective management within a school setting. Duties include overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to educational standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the holistic development of students. The Principal collaborates with staff, parents, and the broader community to enhance academic excellence, cultivate a culture of inclusivity, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Additionally, they manage resources, handle disciplinary matters, and serve as the primary liaison between the school and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision making skills are essential for success in this role.
